Office Rentals & Availability  

Sadleir House rents offices to student organisations, community organisations, small businesses, and private individuals. Rental rates are based on the square-footage of the office and are differentiated based on the type of organisations in order to provide discounted office rentals to student and community organisations. Sadleir House is open to proposals from student and community organisations for the rental of offices at rates different than those advertised in order to support community activities.

Available Offices for Rent

Room 302 will be available for rental in February 2011. Located on the third floor in the Sadleir House Turret, this 286 square foot office is ideally suited for individuals or organisations seeking a low-traffic floor. Rental rates for this office are a maximum of $428.21 per month including HST. Discounts may apply depending on the type of organisation leasing the space and organisations are welcome to submit proposals for budget-based rental rates. As with all Sadleir House Offices, included with the cost of rent is internet access, heat, electricity, and a mailbox located in the Sadleir House Office. Waiting Lists

If there are no suitable offices available, individuals and organisations are welcome to submit a request to be placed on a waiting list. Please contact the Steward of Sadleir House and include what you are looking for in an office (i.e. general square footage, rental rate, accessible location).
